Oksana Kuchura
Oksana Kuchura

Oksana Kuchura joined UFG Asset Management in July 2002, as the Director of Sales, and was directly responsible for raising investment capital for the company’s offshore funds, as well as working with foreign institutional investors. During her tenure with UFG Asset Management, the company’s assets under management topped $1 billion.

In 2005, Ms. Kuchura identified and responded to the growing need for astute and professional structuring and management of private client assets by founding a new core business, which today is UFG Wealth Management. She is responsible for all client operations, with a particular focus on the development and execution of investment strategies and asset management.

In 2001-2002, Ms. Kuchura was responsible for international development and marketing at the Troika Dialog management company. Prior to moving to Russia, in 1995-2000, she worked at the Regent European Securities and Global Kazkommerts Securities investment companies in Almaty (Kazakhstan), where she was responsible for trade operations with international investment funds.

Ms. Kuchura is a graduate of the Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages.

Dmitry Klenov
Dmitry Klenov

Dmitry Klenov joined the UFG Wealth Management team in 2006. He heads the legal advisory services at UFG Wealth Management. Mr. Klenov is responsible for capital structuring, succession planning, client tax and migration services, as well as providing legal support for Mergers & Acquisitions. Mr. Klenov specializes in international corporate law. He advises clients on the structuring of investment projects, as well as acquisition, financing, leasing, and management of both private and commercial real estate.

From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Klenov served as a project manager for a major construction company, where he was responsible for the implementation of such notable projects as the Lefortovo Tunnel (Third Ring Road) and the bridge across the Moskva River near the Cathedral of Christ the Savior.

Dmitry graduated from the MGIMO Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia with a degree in International Law and European Union Law.
